To get an instant, free quote, simply select your project type and language, upload your files, and click the “Get instant quote” button at the bottom of the page. You’ll also be able to see your quote immediately on the right side of the Quote page in the “Order Summary” section and in your email.

With TranslationSimplified, it’s easy! You fill up a form with your name and corporate email ID. The system will then mail you your username and password, which you can use to log into the portal.
So you’re ready to transform your content? Great! Before we send your project off to our qualified and experienced team of translators, you must approve the quote. To do this, log in to the TranslationSimplified dashboard with your username and password. You’ll see a section called “Unconfirmed Quotations”, which outlines the details of your quote. Under the “Actions” header, click “Confirm”. This lets us know that you’re ready to move forward, and once we confirm it at our end, we’ll start transforming your content right away.
We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
Once you’ve approved the quote in your dashboard, you need to pay the quoted amount. You can pay through Paypal or directly and securely on our site.
For some projects, you can pay after project completion. To do so, please upload a purchase order. You’ll receive an invoice against the purchase order when we’ve finished your project. You’ll receive your output files when the pending invoice has been paid. Please contact us to discuss how you can set up invoicing.
Turnaround times are project-specific, but we’ll always do our best to deliver professional results on time. We’re currently working on a new dashboard feature that will list your project completion date at the time you request your quote.
You can cancel your order before you receive our confirmation, and we will refund the complete amount to your wallet. But once we confirm the project, you cannot cancel the project.
When the order is cancelled, the money is credited to your wallet. It can be either used to order the next translation project or fully refund your account. But if the order is confirmed from our end, the money cannot be refunded.
If the workload reduces, the balance will be credited to your wallet. If the workload increases, you will have to pay the remaining amount.
We cannot refund the amount once we have accepted the order.

To login to your dashboard, go to the top right corner of our website and click “login / sign up”. Simply head to our website, enter the username and password from your email, and voilà – you’re in!
All project information can be found in your dashboard. When our translators are done with your project, the “Status” column of the “Running Projects” section will change to Completed. Your output files will be uploaded if you’ve paid in advance. If you’ve issued a purchase order (PO), your output files will be uploaded when your pending invoice has been paid.
